Pros
Many chances will be given to us to learn. We can develop our typing, verbal and can also learn the technical and also not technical processes. Indirectly to say, it we let us know our soft corner in behavior by handling customers
Cons
There are no downsides of working at Sutherland except one which changes the employees to different processes. It is excellent for tenured but little tough for new comers. If a new comer joined for particular process, it needs atleast 6 months to learn about that process. If any other seasonal process needs employees in 3 months after the new comer joined, then he/she will be moved to other process and the training starts again. We will be able to learn much by this procedure but it is a little risk to manage
