Good first job - Research Associate Swanson Reed Employee Review

My manager is very supportive in a very difficult job environment, and js helping me move off of contract work and getting me to full-time.

SRs information security policy is a bit intense and impractical for us, but I guess is needed to keep data safe. There have been many times I have had to call IT support to help because I didn't put in the password correctly the first time.

I really leant a lot of transferable skills n the last 3 years. Management is easy going and always has time for you, even outside of work to help you progress.
