Recruitment Consultant - Recruitment Consultant Switch Consulting Employee Review

I had never considered recruitment before being approached by Switch. I'd had awful experiences in the past as a candidate of agencies being a bit slimy and dishonest and was dead set i'd never work for a recruitment agency. Luckily someone persuaded me to meet with them! Switch has,so far, stayed true to their promise of being genuinely normal people. Nothing sales-y or cowboy- like about them and a recruitment agency with a difference! Coming from a shop floor environment in fast paced retail I was really worried about working in an office. Less than a month in I wouldn't trade the atmosphere in our office for any shop floor! The team here are really supportive ( a little scary being a new starter with no experience in recruitment) and all management are completely hands on with training and very approachable. All in all, glad I took a leap of faith!
