You can tell by the Glassdoor review site that this company has absolutely no integrity. Papering over reviews of former and current employees who have been treated horrifically. The biggest mistake I made was joining Switch as opposed to a company like McCarthy which looks to have a much better structure and Managing Director. HR policy is disgraceful, senior consultants setting traps for consultants to discuss very sensitive information and then informing directors of a leak. It’s a shame, the business really has lost its way in the market and has no identity. But don’t worry, this will be followed by a 5 star review
