Pros
There were some very smart people working there who genuinely want to see colleagues excel. Unfortunately, management doesn't share this sentiment.
Cons
Swrve prides itself on being a madmen-esque start-up above all else. There was no transparency on what is expected of their employees, no onboarding or new hire training, and no Human Resources to address issues with either. I'm all for taking the initiative and learning a product, but when there is no guidance nor recognition it's hard to feel like you are valued as an employee. Additionally, in my time there, I saw the Sales Management going to strip clubs with heads of corporations in attempts to woo them, and speaking derogatorily of women at client companies regularly. They fire people with abandon when sales numbers aren't where they want them to be and then continue with the same unproductive processes. It's not a culture that I would recommend to any of my friends.
