Pros

Good industry to gain experience in and smart engineering team.

Cons

Product is the most expensive but not the most valuable on the market, near impossible to sell. Management have lost trust from employees, largely caused by large percentage unexplained layoffs. What was once a brilliant culture in now completely gone. Product roadmap constantly changing, no real direction. Overpriced product in an extremely competitive market and thus hard to sell. Politics have taken over and its no longer an enjoyable environment even though the business is s

Going in the wrong direction

Pros

Some good people there and its a good industry to be in. Good place to learn about mobile. Potential opportunities abroad.

Cons

Product roadmap is slow and overburdened. Marketing is inexistent and competitors are taking everything - as such, inbound pipeline is next to inexistent. No loyalty and investment in employees - agree with other reviews, use and throw attitude. Overpriced product in an extremely competitive market and thus hard to sell. Politics have taken over and its no longer an enjoyable environment even though the business is still a start-up.

Pros

Great engineering and product team mostly located in Ireland. Excellent CEO who comes from a product background so she knows what the software does and where it can be improved. Wide variety of customers and industry verticals which is only expanding as mobile becomes the dominant comms channels for many industries. Loads of opportunity for advancement if you come up with ideas and are prepared to do the work. Flexible working arrangements and unlimited holidays.

Cons

There can be some long hours. It's a start up so some internal processes are a work in progress. But they are trying to improve that. It's a fast paced industry and that can come with some stress.
