Pros
- There are a lot of great people who work there, but they don't last long. - Many memorable performances.
Cons
- A tiny number of First Nations and POC staff, and high turnover due to burnout. These staff are expected to advise senior leadership and curators on how not to be racist or "problematic". - No commitments to a racially diverse workforce. Any chance of this is obscured by bureaucratic process and workplace surveys. - The "Reconciliation Action Plan" is a smokescreen for raking in funding at the expense and exhaustion of its (very tiny amount of) First Nations staff.
