Pros
Symph was my first job. They raised my baseline not only in work culture but also in the offered compensation. The company places a strong emphasis on growth and taking ownership of your work, which helped me build character (proactiveness). What stood out to me is the balance they strike between innovation and sticking to conventional methods — they know when to use which. This, on top of the transparent feedback and frequent celebration of wins big and small, made Symph a positive experience for me.
Cons
While there was no internship pay, it's important to note that this is a systemic issue in the Philippines, and I wouldn't hold it against them. I can personally attest that the value they add to your thinking and your career is well worth the investment, as it pays dividends in the long run.
