      Pros

      The culture is creative and thriving. The people in your team is what gets you up in the morning and everyone is there to help each other out.

      Cons

      Since it is a consultancy firm, the clients may not agree with the way how Symphers work and might require team members to adjust.

      Company cares about their employees. Flat organization, you can talk to the chiefs or anyone, anytime. The people working here are amazing at their jobs.

      Occasional unpaid overtimes when work calls for it.
