Pros
A few good people at this company trying to make a change but besides that, not much.
Cons
All in all, a very bad place to work. Information is hoarded, customer facing people have zero support and the product literally does not work at all (you will spend all client facing calls lying). Huge changes need to be made before this is a viable place to work. There is no culture or incentive, no built out career trajectory and no organization whatsoever. Tickets take months to resolve, no SLA kept, leadership doesn’t care about customers or it’s people.
