Pros

Very talented team besides Leadership. It is a great vision and idea, but I don't trust them to execute it successfully.

Cons

I don’t think it’s possible to fix things moving forward if you’re not able to identify the issues from the past. The Leadership team has been together far too long and have become elitists. They might say the are the employer of choice, but that is a lie - they only care about turning a profit when it's time to sell. They put their employees out on the firing line to massage the truth to the clients about this new platform and don't think once about the lying and deceit they are communicating within the industry. Leadership does nothing they tell others to do. Leadership hates feedback and honesty - if provided you will be lectured like a 2 year old as they muddle the truth. The lack of morals and ethics is astounding and toxic. Unfortunately, they are looking out for themselves. Not the employees and sadly not the customers.

Pros

Big customer base but who knows how long they can keep people with services being downgraded anywhere they can cut costs. Customers will just have no choice to stay if they do because they've bought so many companies.

Cons

With each acquisition leadership at Syndigo has destroyed each company with product offerings then suffering as a result. I've never worked for such a dishonest and cowardly management. Layoffs galore with not a care in the world. Terrible benefits and the ELIMINATION of maternity leave/ paternity leave. Who doesn't have maternity leave in 2019? Doesn't sound like a place for a woman.

Pros

I liked some of my coworkers a lot!

Cons

Poor management Copied competitor and then even named the product the same.... why....? Lying to customers Overselling a product that doesn't do the things they promise to try and keep up with competitors (like Salsify) It is ok with executive team for C-Suite to have affairs within the company and they brush them under the rug Sexual harassment by C-Suite which is also ignored Company has an inside team posting positive reviews on Glassdoor, g2, Google, and somehow gets negative reviews removed on those same sites. Lack of knowledge for processes, put a band aid on the wound mentality. Blame shifting from upper management down to lower level associates. Always feel at risk of losing your job if management doesn't like you personally. Clique mentality, management is two-faced and has favorites, HR worthless, constant shuffling makes it IMPOSSIBLE to meet the requirements for bonuses, nobody in upper levels is on the same page, no advancement, anyone above team lead makes it CLEAR that you are "down here" and they are "up here". C-Suite Team are bullies
