Good dynamic and colleagues. Can purchase shares. Private health insurance. Nice people in general.
Cons
Working from home option is not available for junior CMA. People are overworked and it is not possible to do your job correctly. People keep leaving and no-one is hired to replace. Therefore the work is redistributed to current employees.
