      Pros

      Syneos Health offers a work life balance. The flexibility is nice and the benefits are good. My line manager is very supportive and listens to my requests.

      Cons

      You complete training on your own, there is no body to shadow prior to starting your own study load. There is not enough staff to cover all studies, therefore, a lot of pressure to get work done quickly with little to no error.

      Pros

      Incredible management, very communicative, most supportive and kind people i have ever worked with. They want to see you succeed on your contracts and are your safe space for questions and learning. I have never been more pleased with a company. Unlimited PTO

      Most of their recognition is paid out in internal points instead of actual money

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
