      No bonus or incentive is given. Appraisal is also fixed for medium to high performer. Professional growth is slow. Exposure is not wide.

      Deducible component in salary is less so in hand salary is good. Weekend off.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
