Pros
I have a wonderful supportive team, the work is interesting, fantastic benefits and we get to work from home.
Cons
Metrics, metrics, metrics, sometimes it feels like we are set up to fail. You could be working 50 - 60 hrs a week on a project because of a sponsor request, doing your best to meet the sponsors needs, but then you will lose your bonus because you didn’t have enough time to finish 1 training that doesn’t always even have anything to do with your job.
