The people I work with are fantastic, but we all see how bad this company has become since the merger. Leadership does not care about employees, just about revenues.
Cons
For a multi-billion dollar company, pay decent wages. For a health company, provide good benefits to your employees. You cannot even manage to retain or attract people with the way you treat employees.
