Pros
Diversified team members and the culture is inclusive and engaging people from different parts of the world. I really enjoyed working in the different project team and we collaborate with colleagues from US, Australia, Japan, Korea and China.
Cons
As it is a clinical trial organization, so the turn over rate might be a bit higher comparing with pharmaceutical companies. And our colleagues would like to join pharmaceutical companies after a few years.
