      Good culture in UK, focused on providing mental health protection. Varied work and good people

      Cons

      Workloads near unbearable. Lack of resources, over-diversifying and spreading too thin. Constant mergers etc reduce company stability. Salaries currently below market value. Poor work/life balance

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
