      Very relax working environment, provide company computers and very nice management.

      Cons

      Multiple technical issues, lack of organization, very often we don't quite know what to do, the progress is rather slow.

      Pros

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
