      Very greedy company to work for and slow to payout any bonus or contest money. They are a contract company for J&J. Very slow to payout any bonus or contest money earned. Fired employees for not getting the jab and won't payout the bonuses.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
