Unlimited PTO in the USA Direct management and department colleagues are very supportive
Cons
-Severely overallocated -Too many process changes/updates being implemented at once -No annual raises to keep up with inflation -Employees are not trained sufficiently on the TMF. TMF Leads cannot complete our work AND serve as a help desk for project teams
