Pros
The consulting projects are great learning experiences and interesting.
Cons
Three major cons: 1) Lack of work life balance 2) Some of the consultants were pretty nasty and unprofessional. I would get calls at 11 pm ET asking me to finish projects by 2 am ET, believing this was acceptable practice. 3) Not a strategy management consultant shop. One person told me that the firm is a strategy consulting firm. They are not. I worked for a strategy consulting firm before. Completely different work, project economics and system set up.
