      Competitive pay. Fleet vehicle. Great people. Great leadership. Some say contracts are the future. If a contract ends leadership and recruiters do a solid job of landing you your next contract.

      Team turnover. Lots of box checking and admin workload.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
