      - Lack of guidance from leadership around understanding 'why' things were performed - Not many opportunities to build with the team - Forecasts would be heavily scrutinized and it felt like we were more focused on backing into a number rather than creating a new one. - Sometimes it felt that people were promoted because they were willing to endure difficult people as opposed to challenging the status quo

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
