Pros
The pay is pretty good and my line manager is great, especially when it comes to career growth, she’s always asking where I want to go, etc.
Cons
I work on an FSP contract and I know they make more money off of us than we get paid, which is fair and I understand, but we are not included in the bonus structure which is a bit frustrating considering that the company makes money off of us.
