Pros

Strong technological vision with significant investment in AI and innovation. Talented employees, interesting technical challenges, and opportunities to work on products that can genuinely shape the future of the industry. The company has the potential to be a market leader if it can better align its culture with its ambitions.

Cons

Senior leadership is highly involved in day-to-day execution, often resulting in excessive micromanagement and frequent changes in direction after planning cycles have already been completed. This creates instability, wasted effort, and difficulty maintaining focus. Work-life balance is not meaningfully respected. Employees are often expected to remain available during vacations, personal emergencies, illness, parental leave, and even periods of national crisis. Initiatives such as the 4.5-day workweek are not consistently honored in practice. There is a strong push toward AI adoption, but without sufficient investment in employee training, learning time, or workflow adaptation. The communication style of senior leadership can at times feel aggressive, making it difficult to challenge decisions, express alternative viewpoints, or engage in healthy debate. Unfortunately, this dynamic does not always end when employees leave the company. Former employees may still feel pressured by leadership's approach rather than experiencing a respectful and professional separation.

Pros

HR does a good job. There is a wellness day once every 2 months and salary is good. Product team also does a good job.

Cons

The software is very old and complicated. Move to modern technologies such as micro-services is very half-baked and messy. Work environment is very unstable with people being fired or resigning quite often. Poor code quality, poor development practices, impatient management.
