Pros
It's really interesting, lots of variety, management on average is really supportive and clear. The employee appreciation events they do actually feel genuine. Excellent training and upskilling. They're also pretty accommodating of your availability (relatively speaking for retail). You also get a discount so super cheap clothes and stuff, great in the cost of living crisis.
Cons
It's still retail and that comes with all the challenges of having little social life, mean customers, etc. It can be hard to get extra hours when you need it, though to their credit they certainly try. It's not bad pay for the work by any means, but it can be difficult to live off of. A lot of people working here either are studying or have another job. I think that speaks more to living in a high cost of living city than the company, though.
