Pros
It was a good experience to work as a Seasonal Staff during the Christmas Period. The team was great and the schedule was flexible as well, especially for students.
Cons
It was challenging to work in a busy environment but you learn how do deal and react in these situations. It was a little bit hard and awkward to me one of the supervisors push me to smile to the customers every time, every 5 or 10 minutes he came around and said the same thing. The salary is quite low but is average, I think is according to other retail companies in the sector. I think they ask total flexibility during the seasonal period but they just give about 4 hours shifts in a week, according to the needs of the business. I think they should be more flexible with people having two jobs, when their shifts are really short and they ask you to be fully flexible.
