Poor Products, Bad Atmosphere, Unprofessional Conduct - Anonymous employee T3 Solutions Employee Review

Just heard BAE will not be on the next contract! Very happy.

T3 as a whole has been very good so far

Myself and other employees chose to go with T3 over several other companies (to include the prime, BAE) on the newly awarded FMV contract due to price point, PTO incentives, and on-site leadership. I was nervous about going with T3 at first since they are a smaller company, but I am very glad I did. If there is ever a problem, Don is available to help. The larger companies have too many steps and I enjoy not having to wait forever to get an answer. I have several co-workers that went with other companies and are now regretting it. T3 has been great so far!

I really can’t think of any cons thus far. I have been with the company for six months now, and I don’t have any real complaints. It would be nice if PTO wasn’t use or lose, however, at least it forces me to be take time away from work.
