Cons
Mark T is the owner of T3. He is former military and completely out of touch with the current needs of the military, in regards to providing the end user with reliable data. He hires people with virtually no relevant experience, and castigates other employees with valuable experience when they provide honest feedback to him on how to improve the process. Owner likes to throw lavish parties, where he is the center of attention, and basically tries to buy the loyalty of his young and impressionable staff.
