      Pros

      Starts at $40 per load. 6 days a week day shift. 4 loads a day. Checks are every week about $755-$796 take home after taxes.

      Cons

      6 days a week gets old quick. No overtime pay. You'll do about 60 hours a week with no overtime pay... Beginning shift time is 7:10 to about 18:30 on a good day. No real work life balance. When you get off Monday-Saturday places are pretty much closed.

      The people are really great.

      Cons

      I haven't had a raise in 4 years. Company drivers keep quitting (I'm currently looking), so they bring in temps making $8 more per hour, pay for their hotel, food and rental cars and turn around and tell us there's no money to give us a raise.
