Nice equipment, dispatch tries to be civil.

Cons

EVERYTHING they tell you is a LIE! I NEVER got the sign on bonus they advertise, I never got a penny a mile extra for being a veteran, I NEVER made anywhere NEAR the amount of money they promised while trying to recruit me. I made more money as a security guard, than I do here.

Starts at $40 per load. 6 days a week day shift. 4 loads a day. Checks are every week about $755-$796 take home after taxes.

Cons

6 days a week gets old quick. No overtime pay. You'll do about 60 hours a week with no overtime pay... Beginning shift time is 7:10 to about 18:30 on a good day. No real work life balance. When you get off Monday-Saturday places are pretty much closed.

Exçellent payroll dept. Always paid on time and they get your pay right.

Cons

Nice looking trucks but have lots of DEF Problems. But when u do break down they take care of the load and you. Motel, taxie, rental...what ever it takes. $75 a day breakdown or you can switch trucks if you want back on the road faster.
