Think they have the power to sack non QA staff for deviations that weren't their fault No development or training plan, thrown in deep end. If you're lucky you'll be doing stock checks for 5 months! No respect for scientific degrees or PhDs. You'll be doing cleaning until they have their latest brain fart for you to do basic cell culture. Don't get excited by the science done by "actual" scientists, people have been there for years and are still nowhere near contributing to actual research.
