Pros

- Remote (with monthly visits to the office) - Decent pay for an entry-level job

Cons

- Incredibly stressful - Have to deal with tons of rude and horrible customers who yell at you on a daily basis. Customer service is much more brutal than in retail customer service, as in banking, it concerns the customer's finances. - No control over the selection of your schedule (the system is designed so that the sales reps with the better metrics get higher priority over choosing the schedule) - Inhuman performance metrics designed to track every single action you do and time you waste. You are constantly under stress to be as fast and efficient as possible since every second is tracked. Taking tiny breaks in between calls significantly hurts your performance. This job is not worth it, even despite the above-average pay compared to other entry-level jobs. I would stay far away from this job for the good of your mental health.

Pros

The only way I could do that was if you had to do a lot more work and then you would be done by yourself so you would be fine yuyyy

Cons

The only way I could do this would probably take about two 2️⃣ hours or less of a break and a few
