-somewhat competitive pay relative to other banks -more creative and interesting working environment -frequent special events to participate in -frequent employee surveys, though this doesn't guarantee your grievances will be corrected.
Cons
-illogical customer service expectations, mixed with sales expectations, mixed with understaffed high volume branches result in much unneeded stress on employees -upper management isn't concerned with much other than sales and often leaves branches understaffed to save money
