Pros

It's difficult to think of any, that's probably because there weren't any.

Cons

Where do I start? - Taken on a temporary contract with a permanent contract waved in your face as an incentive for you to work hard but a 16k salary just won't wash with a graduate I'm afraid -Awful pay - a few pennies over minimum wage - Ineffective delivery of training - we were all taken on in a big group and made to sit through 5 days + 9 days of product and system information that we were then meant to give to and apply to customers over the phone. The problem with this is that a lot of it was very general and you were constantly having to phone another department or ask a busy colleague for the information. The back office was so constrained and under resourced that you couldn't get any information from them to relay back to the client which just aggravated them. -Sucking up was the only way to progress. Managers gave out permanent contracts to their favorites and it wasn't necessarily based on your performance -Some team leaders and managers weren't interested in helping their team with complaints
