      Pros

      Great people to work with. Some mangers are really supportive.

      Cons

      To much competition as everyone is contract. Mangers believe that they can move further by putting employees down. If you want to get far you have to kneel down and bow to mangement that has been hired on and has no idea about the department and how it runs.
