Pros
Good company paid pension plan and great group benefits plan; especially the health-care spending account.
Cons
The sales dept needs to improve on work equality and fairness. The team manager has his select group of favorite employees; who communicate with each other in a non professional way. The manager assigns special tasks to his favorite employees to make them look good, while neglecting the rest of the team (many of whom work hard yet get little recognition as they are not part of this "select favorite group"). This has caused resentment and division among the team. Overall employee moral is low; as many seek to find new job opportunities elsewhere. Senior management seems to let this happen or perhaps too incompetent to notice. Attendance is a big issue as there are unlimited amount of paid sick days and a lot of employees take advantage of it. This makes it harder for those employees who come to work constantly, as they need to work harder to make-up for those employees who don't show-up.
