Pros

Open 7 days a week, including most holidays. However starting in Sept. Customers will have to have a minimum balance of 100.00 in there accounts or will be charged a fee. TD Bank will no longer be cashing employment checks unless the funds are available in your account. No more 3rd party checks being cash.

Cons

TD Bank does not pay there tellers well the staring rate is 9.25 an hour to start and after 6 months you get a .25 raise, (maybe). The Bank was robbed on Wednesday August 5, 2009. TD Bank closed the door for a little over 2 hours. However did they care enought about the Teller who was robbed? No, they made that Teller to continue to work, since they were short. Why couldn't the Teller mananger work the Teller line? Another TD Bank does not offer any Military leave for families, Citizens Bank snd someothers do. Citizens bank allows family members how has a Husband/Wife, Son/Daughter being or have been deployed a two week leave to spend time with your family members once a year. They also, will pay up to $500.00 in travel for you to get to your family member. Not TD Bank. I had to pull hair just to get a day off to see my children retrun from Iraq. I also had another child come home on two week R&R from Afganhistan, I had to find someone to work for me to have off two days. TD Band does NOT care about thier employees.
