Pros
There are lots of opportunities to be recognized as a performing employee at TD through reviews. Additionally, once you work in a branch for a year or so, the higher ups (district, regional, etc) become known enough to you that you don't feel awkward interacting with them. This can aid advancement. Benefits are OK too, even for part time.
Cons
Part-time felt like a real curse. Despite consistently positive performance reviews and top account/mortgage numbers, the company just couldn't make full time happen for me. Also, part time means you will work every weekend for eternity. Additionally, the Penny Arcade is noisy and kind of embarrassing to have in the background. Dealing with distant depts over the phone with a customer at your desk can be trying as well.
