I can't think of any.

Employees are treated very well. Employee ownership gives employees a sense of pride in working at Team Software. Good people. Talented people. Good work environment.

The neighborhood is kind of sketchy. Parking is occasionally difficult. Someone it seems like we shoot ourselves in the foot to give every customer what they want in our software. All very minor complaints.
