Pros

Vacation time after 90 days, free snacks, no blocked websites.

Cons

Promise promotions, but those come with easy layoffs. Promise raise innpay after a year, you have to bug and bug them for it. No order, rude team leads, don't listen to their employees. All they care about is making Google happy with numbers. Will demote you to an agent without asking if that's okay with you. Sexual harassment is rampant, you report it and nobody cares. Just overall an unprofessional place. Hire people with not even a GED, criminals, and just flat out anyone. Also, no recognition for top performers or middle management (tier 2). Ideal for anyone just needing a quick paycheck.
