      good benefits good coworkers flexible work

      Cons

      Layoffs come without warning, cloud always looming. Staff cuts made without regard for those left doing the extra work. Decades of loyalty and service mean nothing. Pay below market. Little career growth. Obvious favouratism for those connected to leadership.
