Pros
Great clients and rewarding projects. Lots of fancy dinners, trips, etc.
Cons
At its best, the work environment was fun, yet unproductive. At its worst, it was hostile and emotionally abusive. The CEO, well described by others, is often manic and seldom predictable. One former coworker said having a conversation with Steve was like going through airport security. He micromanages everything and likes to insert himself into projects or teams that are otherwise running smoothly. His only management tactic is disruption. Employees are often left playing catch-up—either they’re redoing weeks worth of work that he didn’t deem fit or they’re adjusting to totally new company processes. CEO also plays favorites to employees and projects, but ultimately no one and nothing is ever good enough.
