Pros
The benefits are good, tuition reimbursement, 3 year vesting plan with excellent contributions by employer. Salary and variable pay have been good-- I am satisfied with the pay level.
Cons
Most people in the call center are burned out after taking call after call for 3+ years without a chance to move to any other position. There have been many improvements but technology is still a big problem.
