Pros

Pay and benefits are competitive

Cons

The company is long on the blame game and short on accountability. Effort over results gets rewarded and that’s how so many leaders keep their jobs. There’s so much overhead in the way of support functions and too little investment is made in revenue generating roles. The HR department, for example, is loaded with people running around seemingly looking busy but whom are adding very little in the way of tangible results. The answer to their problems seems to be a shuffling of the proverbial deck chairs as opposed to truly holding the leadership accountable for a lack of value creation. Hiring managers, for example, are on their own when it comes to finding talent and yet we keep adding resources in Talent Acquisition and the leadership continues to evade accountability.

Pros

Compensation is great for advisors once they are promoted to VP. Everyone else has to wait a year and hope for a good rating that's more of a game than merit based

Cons

Woke culture, reverse discrimination, very frustrating to do business with as a client
