4yThank you for sharing your concerns. We appreciate reviews of our performance when we are doing things right as well as ideas for improvement. At TKDA, we take employee concerns seriously, and we do offer several options for employees to provide constructive feedback with the goal of enhancing our firm’s culture. In addition to contacting our HR Division, employees can also submit concerns anonymously through the RAVE Guardian app, which are then directed to the appropriate division leader for further discussion and solutions. Employees are also invited to submit questions in advance of our Leadership Lunches, led by our CEO, during which he will address questions and concerns directly.
