The sales reps were cool, as well as the CEO, but other than that management was atrocious!

Ever changing, unrealistic goals, and even if you hit them you were still told what you did wrong as opposed to being given guidance and direction on how to become better.... turnover was alarming! in 2016 alone I saw 10-15 people get fired or quit, even people that were achieving their numbers.... Company was missing numbers badly, but still catered to about 5-6 reps and let everyone else sink...Just so everyone knows, I left and wasnt let go, so this isnt bitterness in this review... if you are a quality sales rep looking for a longtime career, DO NOT consider this company in any way shape or form!!
