Pros

The inside sales managers were the only people holding the sales floor together and keeping morale as high as they could they were amazing. The inside sales team are all awesome and great people and the support departments (customer service,IT, etc) go above and beyond for everyone. 401k match is pretty good.

Cons

You'd bust your butt and all you'd hear from upper management was sell sell sell and make more dials. Company lacks culture and when morale was down it was really really down. Lots of internal changes with management and there was a strong lack of trust within the organization. For new sales reps that don't have big accounts yet the pay is just not enough and medical benefits are expensive. Newer reps are not given the opportunities needed in order to become successful long term reps for the company.

Pros

The work life balance has been pretty good.

Cons

Since being purchased by a large corporation, the culture and benefits have quickly declined. The ability of leadership to make quick impactful decisions has all but evaporated. The benefits have become more costly with salary increases being minimal. With the mass exits of sales reps, territories are growing which increases responsibility with out increasing resources or compensation. The sales comp plan has changed to being almost unattainable forcing many reps to seek out new companies.
