Pros
Employee care and development is obviously very important to the management here. It spends alot of resources on training us for personal development, and to also perform our job better. It has an ongoing internal training programmes to ensure I know how to react best when I encounter different situations in my job.
Cons
Some parents are hard to handle, which is normal for any school. While company cannot control what kind of customers come in, they keep us well-equipped on how to handle them.
